PCM: ordinary cupstock base paper, bulk thickness 1.39-1.52. Regular weight 150/160 170/180 190/210 230/240 250/260 280/300/320gsm. The paper is flat, uniform in thickness, good in stiffness, strong in hot water edge penetration resistance, good in surface printing performance, and excellent in subsequent processing and use performance.
PCC: coated cupstock base paper, bulk thickness 1.43-1.50. Regular weight 180/190 210/240 260/280 300/320 330/350gsm. Two coats of coating on the front. Fine coating, low PPS, high paper smoothness. Uniform thickness, good surface flatness, excellent suitability for offset printing, flexo gravure printing, good dot reproduction, uniform printing ink, higher stiffness than competitors, and high printing speed. The post-processing adaptability is good, and the back can meet the processing techniques such as lamination and cup making. The selected materials comply with the QS food certification license, no fluorescence, the copying procedures do not contain recycled fibers, and do not add substances beyond the scope of QS\GB9685. Passed QS certification license, FSC\PEFC certification, the products are submitted for inspection every year with GB4806 food grade white card series standards, ROHS\REACH\FDA21Ⅲ and other European and American packaging directives, regulations and other compliance reports.
FKO: super high bulk cupstock base paper, bulk thickness 1.63-1.73. Regular weight 170/190/200/210gsm. Special paper for paper cups with ultra-high bulk, which saves costs and is environmentally friendly; it is made of all wood pulp, has good stiffness, does not contain fluorescent whitening agents, and has passed QS certification. No peculiar smell, good resistance to hot water edge penetration; uniform thickness, fine paper surface, good surface smoothness, good printability. The post-processing suitability is good, and it can meet the processing techniques such as laminating, die-cutting, and bonding, and has a good molding effect. Good combination of paper and PE, suitable for single-sided & double-sided lamination.
PCM/PCC/FKO is coated with PE on one side to make cups (hot cups) for holding ready-to-eat drinking water, tea, beverages, milk, etc.; after double-sided coatings to make cups (cold cups) for serving cold drinks, ice cream, etc.
PCB: base paper for coffee cups, bulk 1.33-1.39. Regular weight 210/230/240/280/300/310/320gsm.
